The item you are considering buying, has been on shop display for a few months (unused), so therefore under the "sale of goods act" is still considered new, until it reaches its "end user".

It is in excellent condition, although it may have some very light cosmetic shop soiling on the casing as you would expect, this will not be noticeable during day to day use and from normal viewing distance, but always the screen is in perfect condition.,

It is complete with remote control, ready for use, and will give you, years of happy service.
